Facilitates brainstorming on a subject to be completed within 3 to 4 hours of total group time.
Participants’ ideas are captured on-line and can be seen by all of them (using an LCD projector) who can build on others’ ideas, thereby stimulating creativity.
The generated ideas can be filtered using several formal prioritization techniques (such as
multi-voting, multi-criteria-voting, decision grid, nominal group technique, and force field analysis).
Implementation of the finally selected ideas can be planned and monitored using the
“Project Planning and Gantt Chart” facility provided in the software.
Idea generation, filtering, planning and monitoring of implementation may be carried out over a corporate network,
each team member contributing remotely from his / her desktop computer.
Each session is documented and stored in the electronic library for future reference.
1. Unique Team for Every Project
Define a project, and assign the project team with member wise access rights to contribute to brainstorming and various types of prioritization techniques.
2. Fixed Duration Brainstorming
Carry out fixed duration structured and systematically planned brainstorming sessions with or without the help of question templates. This is particularly useful when such sessions are held under networked multi-user environment.
3. Listing and Display of Ideas
The ideas are listed as they are generated such that all participants can view all the ideas in three views, i.e., the classic idea explorer view, a virtual idea ”post-it” view and idea groups/subgroups view
